INTERNATIONAL SPEAKING COACH

Before we go any further, you need to know this: your voice matters.

If the idea of getting up to speak makes your heart race, your hands sweat, and your brain go blank, you’re in the right place. I help CEOs, professionals, and rabbis who freeze up when they speak learn how to present with real confidence.

My clients are sharp, successful people

They run companies, lead teams, teach classes, and write books.
But when it’s time to stand up in front of a room, something short-circuits.

Speaking anxiety doesn’t just show up on stage, it shows up everywhere in life.

It shows up in the talk you keep delaying because you don’t feel “ready.” It shows up in the missed opportunities you quietly turn down. It shows up in the way you walk into a room, second-guessing whether you belong at the front of it.

The truth is, you’re not lacking anything and you are good at this. You just need the right support and guidance.

That’s where I come in.

We’re going to be honest about your speaking and that honesty is what will allow you to take real ownership.

And once you take ownership of your voice, the whole thing shifts. What once felt scary becomes a strength you carry into every part of your life.

Let’s take this on together.

Stop writing talks at 2:00 a.m. the night before because you’ve been avoiding them all week.

Stop standing there wondering what to do with your hands, your eyes, and your voice while your mind goes blank.

Stop speaking in a monotone, rushing, and over-explaining because you’re trying to get it over with.

Stop guessing what “good speakers” do and piecing together tips from YouTube.

Know exactly how to prepare a talk (from first idea to final line) without panic.

Walk up to the front of the room with a calm body, clear structure, and real presence.

Use your voice, stories, and body language in a way that feels natural.

Feel proud of how you showed up whether it’s a boardroom, a classroom, a conference, or a wedding speech.

Shalom, I’m Eliezer

Here’s how I see it: life is a series of presentations. We make hundreds of them every day without even thinking about it.

So the question becomes, why not learn to do them better?

I’ve spent the last 25 years helping thousands of people, from quiet introverts to seasoned executives, rabbis, authors, podcast hosts, and even a few members of Knesset, learn how to stand up, speak clearly, and connect with the people in front of them.

My own path has been a bit…unconventional. I was a child actor, singer, and dancer. I played drums professionally in a popular New York band. I worked behind the scenes on shows like The Cosby Show and Reading Rainbow. I studied Television Production and Professional Speech, became a certified hypnotherapist, earned smicha in leadership training at Aish HaTorah, and spent years on stages all over the world.

Since then, I’ve trained CEOs, executives, community leaders, popular speakers, Olympic athletes, teachers, and teams across the US, UK, South Africa, Italy, Germany, Israel, and beyond. People started calling me “the Dale Carnegie of the Jewish world.” I’m sharing that not to brag, but so you know: I’ve seen every kind of speaker, every kind of fear and I know how to guide you through it.

Today, I split my time between one-on-one coaching, intimate group programs, and on-site trainings for organizations that want their people to communicate with more clarity, confidence, and heart. Whether we’re working online or I’m flying in to be in the room with you, my goal is the same: to help you stand up, speak up, and be fully yourself.

When you work with me, you’re not getting a cheerleader or a critic. You’re getting a coach who listens closely, notices what others may miss, and cares deeply about helping you bring your real voice to the front of the room - because your voice matters.

THE DIFFERENCE MAKES THIS WORK

“Eliezer finds your unique voice and builds from there.”

Eliezer doesn’t turn you into a copy of someone else. He helps you understand your strengths, your stories, and your natural style—and then he sharpens everything. His workshops and coaching are packed with tools and practice, and the confidence you walk away with is priceless.

Understand what’s really happening when you speak

We start by talking about what’s happening for you before, during, and after you speak. Stage fright, imposter syndrome, old stories from a third-grade presentation gone wrong - I’ve heard it all. We unpack what’s really going on so you stop fighting shadows and start working with something real.

02

Build a clear, repeatable structure for your talks

Next, we get practical. You’ll learn how to build a talk from the ground up (opening, stories, main points, transitions, and closing) so you’re never staring at a blank page the night before. We design frameworks that fit your context, whether you’re giving keynotes, classes, pitches, or divrei Torah.

03

Train your body, voice, and presence

Then we get you on your feet. We’ll work on body language, eye contact, pacing, and vocal variety in a way that feels natural, not theatrical. You’ll see yourself on video, get precise feedback, and practice until what once felt terrifying starts to feel strangely familiar—even enjoyable.

04

Turn speaking into a strength you carry into everyday life

Finally, we zoom out. Speaking is not just about one event, it’s about how you show up in meetings, on Zoom, with your team, your community, and your family. We’ll build habits and tools you can use for the rest of your life, so every new opportunity to speak becomes something you can say yes to with confidence.

How this works

Think of this as practical speaker training that begins with the truth of why speaking feels hard.

“He’s a catalyst for personal and professional transformation.”

Participating in Eliezer’s workshop was a pivotal moment in my career. His coaching revealed and nurtured talents I didn’t even know I had. Years later, I came back for one-on-one work, which only deepened my confidence and abilities as a leader and speaker.

What You Can Expect From Me

You’re working with someone who’s lived on stages, behind cameras, in classrooms, in boardrooms, and in beit midrash, and who has spent decades helping people stand where you’re standing now.

I speak with honesty and respect. I’ll point out what isn’t working, but I’ll also show you what is working, more often than you think.

I’m not a therapist, but the process can feel therapeutic. When you face the fears, patterns, and stories that have been holding you back, and see yourself handle them differently, it changes more than just your next talk.

My promise is simple: I’ll show up prepared, present, and fully on your side. You bring your honesty and willingness to work. Together, we will get you where you want to go.

FAQs

Ready to take a real step forward?

You don’t need to have the perfect talk written or the perfect words figured out. You just need to be willing to step onto the figurative (and literal) stage and do the work. I’ll meet you there with practical tools, a clear plan, and a lot of belief in what you’re capable of.
